Terms of Use
Terms governing access to LEV4PAWS.COM1. Service purpose
LEV4PAWS.COM is an information platform for coordinating animal help, sitter services, feeding, transport, volunteers, and potential adopters. It is not a veterinary clinic, shelter, emergency service, or party to user arrangements.
2. Age and account
The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Keep information current, protect account access, and report unauthorized use promptly.
3. Animal safety
Cruelty, unlawful trade, and hiding known illness or aggressive behavior are prohibited. In immediate danger, contact emergency, municipal, or licensed veterinary services.
4. Content and communication
Publish only lawful, accurate, relevant content. Threats, harassment, fraud, spam, malicious code, unlawful disclosure of third-party personal data, and any material or conduct involving child sexual abuse, child exploitation, or drawing minors into unsafe communication are prohibited.
5. Sitter services and handover
Users agree on duration, costs, treatment, return, and emergency contacts. Verify identity, living conditions, documents, and safe transport before a handover.
6. Moderation
The operator may review or remove content, limit accounts, preserve evidence, and contact authorities when people or animals may be at risk.
7. Liability
The service is provided as available. Users verify information and assess risk. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
8. Business profiles and subscriptions
A business profile and map marker are published only after moderation and only during an active trial or paid period. The business chooses either to publish its exact point and entered address or to show only a displaced approximate area; changes return to moderation. The first 90-day free trial starts at first approval; creating another account does not create a new trial. The selected PayPal plan then auto-renews at ₪49 monthly or ₪490 yearly, while the ₪490 annual bank transfer is activated after manual confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period. A failed payment may receive up to 7 days of grace before the profile and map marker are hidden. Refunds are provided for errors, duplicate charges, or when required by law. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
